Dude, thanks for the info. I was wondering if I was in range. I think we actually need to build more nukes. Everyone should have one in their vicinity. Especially all the talking heads who swear how safe and necessary they are. They all should get a spent rod to keep them warm at night.
Welcome to a blog about life in Worcester, MA. Hi! I'm Will and I'm an anonymous blogger. This is a blog about being amused and bemused with a city of 181,042 really boring people. It's really too bad they don't have a sense of humor, it would make life bearable here. But alas Wusta being Wusta...

Three blocks away; thankfully, WPI is prepared: http://www.wpi.edu/Images/CMS/Crisis/action.pdf
I knew WPI had a reactor. Don't know the capabilities, quantity of nuclear material or how secure it is with regard to structure and armed personnel.
It seems they have a typical facility checklist response at the link provided.
What is the potential risk to public safety? What is the NRC required evac zone for WPI?
