InCity Times: Brain Droppings, Rosalie Tirella

We expect brain droppings from Rosalie Tirella; she never fails to deliver.

So in the ongoing saga of InCity Time's journalistic posturing, it’s ironic that a 51 year old spinster would  use the issue of same-sex marriage, or even racism, to discredit someone. Old habits die hard I guess. 

We propose that the concept of marriage, in any form, is so alien to Rosalie Tirella that it’s absurd to think that she can expound on the issue.

Rosalie, as we all know, has the darnest time holding on to a boyfriend. And the old girl doesn’t even own a cat, so what does she know about relationships let alone marriage? As for racism, what's a geriatric white woman from Wusta know about it anyway? But hey, Rosalie knows it when she sees it.

Rosalie's latest tirade is a slander of School Committewoman Donna Colorio for some alleged political stance Rosalie extracted from month old comments by a handful of Nazis on Daily Worcesteria. Always a good source for facts.

Typical of Rosalie’s yellow journalism, she fails to produce any statements or facts (ever hear of those Rosalie?) that her victim made propounding any position, on any issue, at any time.

As is so typical of Rosalie, she never attempted to interview her victim, but made a guess based on irrelevant facts… hates Boone because she didn’t vote to renew her contract, therefore she's a racist... met a group of folks at a restaurant, therefore a homophobe… (something unintelligible about) used the word Religious Right, therefore a homophobe... and then connects the dots with additional facts from her wide circle of friends. Pure fiction. 

If you haven't already figured it out folks, that extensive network of friends is a complete fabrication too – they simply do not exist. In fact Rosalie Tirella couldn’t be more removed from local current events, than… the man on the moon.

So what the heck is going on with local journalism nowadays? Journalism, at least Rosie’s version of it, is either a collection of incoherent ramblings or stuff she purloins from other blogs and claims as her intellectual property. Did I just use the word intellectual in a sentence referring to Rosalie? Gotta be more careful. And we’ve noticed that her most frequent argumentative tactic is to accuse someone of racism if they’re white. Or a homophobe if racist isn't applicable. In her recent journalistic feat she's managed to use both.

So where did local progressivism go wrong? Well, once Rosalie Tirella got a hold of it, she transformed it into a warped philosophy intended to misinform and destroy - anyone and everyone that doesn't subscribe to her world order.

So it does seem there’s nothing that Rosalie Tirella won’t do or say to boost her dwindling popularity. But hey, ya gotta do what ya gotta do to pay the rent. So RIP journalism.
